Raft Building is very popular Team Building activity among all ages, Raft Building is the perfect activity to keep whole group engage at same time, Many organizer fail to keep everyone engage and to get attention of everyone's needs.
Team Building is not the only Fun Outing but certainly behavioural assessment as well. You are learning more of people handling, individually we say, and it is a great experience to be a part of something better, something new, something that i was a part of.
We divide the team into small groups and allot them a single team task like Finance team, Marketing Team, Design Team, Marketing and Sales Team and explain it to the client (facilitator) and you will get the genuine and instant feedback what you need to change and what you are good at.
